renewing membership

hi i have just renewed my gold membership for another 6 months. however when i try to look at records, i now have a blank page i have not had before. i received confirmation of payment so all gone through. anyone else experienced this, any suggestions please? |

Try signing out top right hand of screen........,,then back in again it may need to re-set cookies, |
