renewing membership

hi i have just renewed my gold membership for another 6 months. however when i try to look at records, i now have a blank page i have not had before. i received confirmation of payment so all gone through. anyone else experienced this, any suggestions please?

Try signing out top right hand of screen........,,then back in again it may need to re-set cookies,
