You could ring the Samaritans to talk to someone, it does help when in the night there is no one there to chat things over with.
I think we have all had curiosity about previous boyfriends etc but maybe you could try writing to him, just not posting the letter.
Do go and see your doctor tho as he/she will be able to help you, I am sure.

i know this may sound trival but if i dont stop doing something i could possibly get done for harrassement /stalking i think i might be suffering from depression how ever this does not excuse me trying to contact an x boyfriend who is married , married men is a no no for me i just want to know how life is treating him , ive had a lot to deal with over the years losong mum dad and 3 siblings in a short period of time i recently came into a bit of money and was able to buy a house now most people would be happy but im not , and i don't understand this,its like im punishing myself i know i need help but dont know where to turn im at a very low ebe tonight
