I am cheating tomorrow.

I work with a kids group, so I am going to buy pancakes, and let the kids decide what to top/ dress them with.

We'll have lemon juice, butter, jam, and, my favourite, Maple Syrup!

I can't, they send his blood sugar through the roof!

I love them with lemon and sugar.

You should try the Turkish ones, filled with thing like spinach and feta cheese, lovely.
I think they call them Gozleme.
They also fill them with savoury things, as well as having them with lemon.

I had a couple the other day, but made them too thick and got indigestion....... I don't know if I will be making them tomorrow as I have got the a**e with OH and don't think he deserves me putting myself out for him.......we are OK, but I am just bit miffed.....

If I do, it will be plain old pancakes with sugar and lemon.....
