Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 835 Send Message	My OH and his sister have a deep rooted fear of anyone or anything medical. Their mother has an extreme form of OCD which caused them to have a childhood which I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The OCD is all about disinfectant to ward off terminal diseases. They were never allowed to see a doctor, optician or dentist in case they were 'infected' with a fatal illness. They are both around the age of 50 and know that it's rubbish, but still can't change their way of thinking. OH's sister hasn't been registered with a doctor since she left home and has never seen an optician!

	Jane I didn't think a relative could treat another certainly not husband and wife ...or is that just me watching too many films?
