Went to the cinema this afternoon, was expecting a load of rubbish, but it was a fantastic film.
Have anyone else seen it, and did you enjoy it.?

Not seen it George, just looking at the reviews which were about 50/50 . Did you see it in 3D ? it is on as that in cinema here but i always find them a bit trying as i wear glasses anyway and having to wear a second pair over the top is a bit much lol. Will see if son wants to go though.

Hi Rose, yes was in 3D.
I was expecting a typical si-fi movie, but must say it was brilliant...well worth going to see.

I saw it a few weeks ago and thought that it was great, so much so that I would go again in a few months if given a chance.

I too wear glasses, we were given large glasses with a solid frame, they fit easily over my own specs. so didn't cause a problem

I am a pensioner, there were three generations of the family in our group and we all enjoyed it.

My son saw it at the local cinema in 3D and loved it.

It has had very good reviews here(Oz) and record attendances.

I would like to see it,too.

Margot.

Buff Julie -- you bootleg movies too?? ;)

We watched it a couple of days after it came out, also at home. I thought it was a bit dull. And I just can't help but notice how the ideal / idealized woman is always shaped like Barbie -- so tall and thin that evolution could never have produced such a form.

Apparently there are people who are now suicidally depressed at the thought that they will never be able to live in the world depicted in the movie.
