Have been trying to export my gedcom file to pc for nearly 2 weeks and it doesnt work for some reason. I have never had any problem in the past. I have enquired in the contact us but had no reply. Does anyone know anything about this at all? |

If it's not the junk mail, have you checked which email address GR holds? It may be an old one. |

That is really odd as I have received many e-mail from GR in the past without any problems, yet my Gedcom went straight to junk mail???? |
