I use a Mac but it's not intel based, is yours an intel? New ones tend to be. I think you can use PC programs & therefore FTM on intel based Macs.

I still use FTM on virtual pc on my Mac but I'm using an older machine.

Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum. I have used a PC for years but have decided to bite the bullet and go Mac. Machine should arrive in a week or two. I use Family Tree Maker which is a PC based program and have to look at ways and means of transferring my FTM information from the PC to the Mac, if in fact I can do it at all. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks, Jennifer
PS If this would be better posted on another board, could someone please let me know.
