Thanks girls.
The gp upped her painkillers yesterday, but they're making her sleepy.
No happy medium is there lol

She examined her and said she could feel something on her right ovary, so hoping they can find something and get her in quick.
She needs to be well as she is on her own with two kids.

I'm going with her, so will push to try to get an answer there and then.
She's been having burning pains since last night.

Will keep you posted.

I'm glad your daughter is having a scan soon .My sister some years ago was in terrible pain and it was a blue flashing light job.She had a cyst like a grapefruit and it had ruptured.
I hope she will be sorted and pain free soon.

Hi Vicky, I had a scan that showed an ovarian cyst size of a grapefruit, it was painful. The scan was over soon and didn't hurt or anything. Doctors decided to operate seeing as I had had cancer,(I didn't have it then, but they didn't know at time). I had a full hysterectomy not long after and the cyst was clear, not cancerous. Been a lot better since, no more pain from it but I still look pregnant though but that's because I can't move round much to exercise, lol.

Just pm'd you,

Caz xx

have had scans for one,
and daughter has, but both turned out to be at a small size,
so not growing fast,

they are painful though,
surely doctor should operate to remove it if your daughter looking pregnant,
it must be awful pain for her,

push doctors to help her, go with her and tell um your not happy , as mum your entitled to ,
tell them she wants quality of life,
that should move um

My daughter is having a scan this week for a suspected ovarian cyst. She has been doubled up for over a week, and she looks about 5months pregnant.
Glad of any advice from anyone who has suffered with this.

Thanks
