I applied to join the "Boots" health club. Received letter from them and in bold letters it said "Welcome you gorgeous young thing" !!!!!! Sorry you are too young to join thought I had put wrong year of birth on my application...............no you have to be 60 to join it lol

In fact you could be a 16 year old teenage boy living in his teenage-smelling bedroom in Connecticut for all I really know!

I have plenty of saggy ,baggy ,flabby bits lol.I think I am falling to bits lol.Plus the achy joints .Oh dear I'm 55.If I lost weight I would be a lot healthier.My knees wouldn't hurt so much either.On that sad note I am off to crawl up the stairs take a couple of paracetamols and hope my achy hip doesn't wake me up in the night lolol.......I am a happy soul really.have just let myself go !!!

and me, but we are only over 50 chronologically ( phew I can still spell that so not to bad ;)) mentally and emotionally we are 'bright young things ' :))
