no were i can find the dutch word for sciatic so hubby can tell my docter here,otherwise he wont no what it is

Looks as if it is spelt the same but probably pronounced differently!

i had sciatica for 6 weeks .first the doctor gave me an injection for the pain int didnt work.I was to told to rest i did ,then my body totally seized up from lying down .i phyiscally couldn't walk at all .went to a chircaprator for my pain and it worked .
its best you try a go for a small walk even if its only 20 steps and then lie down placing an ice pack over your lower back and do that for 15mins every hour it helped me an awful lot
.My pain went from my lower back all the way down to my ankle bone.it was hell on earth .
I am after 2 children with no pain relief .and the scaitica was worse

thats what i have right down to my angle and it does pain,i had x-ray two weeks ago and my back has had it theres nothing they can do for me ,i do try to walk alittle but i have arirtis in most parts of me have to wear special shoes,can wear any others but not to moan it could be worse and i think its down to the age as well
