Just caught an item on This Morning in the consumer section. It mentioned getting a Human Upfront on the telephone - ie not going through all the press buttons to finally get through to a human being.

I think it gives advice on how to miss all the interim phases. Haven't used it yet, but will be saved with the SayNoTo870.
