My cousin has just passed away so I have lost my aunt, my mum and a cousin since last June

Val, my sympathy on the sad losses you have had to cope with. I hope you can find some consolation that those family members are together again in a better place. I always imagine my late Mum being there with a cuppa and one of her cakes to welcome the latest departed from our family and all getting together for a natter. Seems to help a little.

I have had times like you when I have lost many friends and relatives in a short time and it's hard to cope with.

Take care of yourself and let happy memories console you.
