its a local cancer charity, the nurses and carers are really good,
and they rase a lot of money locally,

i dropped him at the start and went back to meet him ,
hes knackered now,
gone for lay down,
it was from caldicot castle and back , and there was an open day at the castle too, where i met daughter her fella and little one,
