Kay????

Kay???? Report 4 Mar 2010 22:14

But RT and JV,were never convicted of any sexual act,,,just murder and when this new bill is passed thats all youll ever be told,,if anyone has been convicted of sexual abuse against a minor,,,,not if they have killed,

I personally dont see what is to be gained by the public knowing what hes been hauled in for at this stage,
and to inform James parents was wrong, look whats its done already unturned thier lives and they are helpless to do anything.

,I hope for his sake his ID is kept under wraps.....

I am talking about the legit one on FB haven't seen any others but knowing FB I can imagine x

Kat

Kat Report 4 Mar 2010 22:28

Yes Kay I am aware of that....however I still feel that this new bill is not enough we should be made aware as I said in my post of any criminal being released who is a threat to our children whatever crime they have committed...... be it violence, sex or murder we have a right to know. With a system that protects the criminals it is wrong.
Wouldn't any parent in the country want to know if either of these two were nearby after the horrendous crime they committed against an innocent child ?

KempinaPartyhat Report 4 Mar 2010 22:45

I think I,m missing something here

1 if he has a girlfriend where does she think hes gone ????

2 if you are that girls mum wouldnt you want her away from him ASAP??

3 and I think I would be telling the public that he was my daughters Boyfriend and how did the goverment allow him to get out to have my daughter as his girlfriend ?

Rambling

Rambling Report 4 Mar 2010 22:49

as to the first question, if she didn't know his real ID before she will presumably have guessed it by now, if the event leading to his arrest has been accurately reported, ie a fight at work.

KempinaPartyhat

KempinaPartyhat Report 4 Mar 2010 22:52

yes I agree but as a mum I would be so angry I would tell the news somehow some way .........

to stop othergirls being "picked up" when he is let out again....

Muffyxx Report 4 Mar 2010 22:54

She can tell the newspapers til she's blue in the face Kemp but they're not allowed to print it hon ..but I know exactly what you're saying.

I wouldn't want him within spitting distance of my girls. Whatever his name is today. x

Rambling

Rambling Report 4 Mar 2010 22:58

I would think though that since his new ID will now be associated with his true ID by his girlfriend, and people he has worked with, lived by etc, that if he is released it will be in a completely different area with a new ID anyway?

StrayKitten Report 4 Mar 2010 23:01

yep and cost us more money!

if he has breached lock him up n keep him there probably cheaper for us, and lets face it, he obv, hasnt learnt anything by breaching his order, thick as well as sick! xxx

Muffyxx

Muffyxx Report 4 Mar 2010 23:01

That's assuming he's going to be released in the first place Rose !!

All depends again on what he actually did to have his license revoked x

***I agree Stray. He's a big boy now and was given yet another chance....and he blew it !!!.I don't think the powers that be would take the decision to incarcerate him lightly...and i'm guessing if it wasn't a huge incident that got him recalled.. he would have been given warnings if it was a gradual deterioration....

He's now an adult and only has himself to blame.x

Edit-; Who is defending the indefensible, do you mean on here or on FB?
I can't answer that as I didn't post it.

I echo your words Muffy..

igor Report 4 Mar 2010 23:14

I agree that the parents of poor little james bulger should know , but as i think we all know the system in this country protects the wicked and christ knows what a wicked act it was , but it don't deter from the fact that that is the way it will be until new laws are brought in
We spend a lot of tax payers money protecting these animals and before you crucify me that is what they are .
When all said and done the name the crime will all come out in the end as the press etc in this country are like a dog with a bone and won't let go

igor Report 4 Mar 2010 23:38

Just one more thought before i hit the sack
why is it that the law protects these people , but i can't take photographs of my grandchildren playing in a public park for fear of being called a pervert or paedophile or whatever new nastie the law comes up with.

Kay????

Kay???? Report 5 Mar 2010 01:20

I dont think in his case or cases,,they are at the end totally protecting these people,,but think it could be a case of protecting some other poor sod becoming a potential murderer if they discovered his ID,,,,,,imagine what a vigilantie group would do to him or RT ,,,,,,,,,then we could end up with another murderer,,,,,,,,who wouldnt hurt a fly under normal circumstances,,,,,,,,

Susan10146857 Report 5 Mar 2010 01:32

For goodness sake...he was a child himself. How many of us have or have had children of the same age. Should we hang children? What does that say about us?

Yes it was a sickeningn act! No-one is saying it wasn''t.!.....but for goodness sake...should we turn into to lynch mobs? We who know nothing of the ins and outs of the case but what we read or hear in the media.......What would you be saying if it were *your* 10 year old!?

Answer me that before you say any more!

X Lairy- Fairy

X Lairy- Fairy Report 5 Mar 2010 08:40

most 10 years old know right from wrong ( well they should anyway ) i have a 10 year old and she knows not to hurt anyone .. if my 10 year old kidknapped and killed a little child . i would die of shame , and my 10 year old would get whatever punishment was coming to them ..

X Lairy- Fairy

X Lairy- Fairy Report 5 Mar 2010 09:21

ive not seen anyone mention hanging a 10 year old ??? ( that wouldnt be right at all ,
