	Took delivery today of some sugar free salt liquorice I had ordered on the internet. It is an acquired taste but very moreish and,unfortunately,we all know the effect of sugar free sweets and liquorice,very effective!

	Maltilol or something like that. It gives me a few symptoms which I am prepared to put up with until I get sick of pigging it.
