yeah not had one altho the girls are coming over for drinks and take out tonihgt, im gona try not to smoke, but the chances are slim as i enjoy a cig wen smoking altho i did ok int he club on wednesday lol, mind im not gona beat myself up if i do, coz i didnt plan on packing in its just happened lol, and if i just smoke when drinkign thats fine with me,

see how i go like i says wednesday i thought id smoke and never the urge jst isnt there hahaha xxx

i do like smoking well i did, its weird coz i have tryed loads of times and its been hell, mood swings and tantrums,

but i just didnt fancy one sunday n mondy, and when i do get the odd urge,i just think oh ill have one in a bit, and then the urge goes lololol

iv had 2 int he house since i packed in, and havent wanted them lol there behind me picture frame, just incase! haha

I used to smoke 60 a day until May 1st last year I stopped it is nearly 11 months now I am really chuffed with myself!!!

when i got home i knocked at mams and asked her for one for when i got in,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i gave her it back this morning hahahaha
