A couple of weeks ago a gentleman got in touch with me via here because I am in Sandhurst and his grandfather was born in Blackwater, which is just down the road, and gave me the address.

Anyway I found the cottage his grandfather was born in in 1877 and asked him if he wanted photo's, which he did.

I am an estate agent every other weekend, went into work yesterday and shock , my colleague only did a market appraisal on the cottage this week! hope we get to market it as then I can do viewings and go inside and take photo's for this person of where his grandfather actually lived
