Who decides who to ban, and how do you know?

crazy is all i can say really wish explainations would be given and a vote by paying members xx

Don't worry Puss - the Trolls will slowly come out of the woodwork and entertain us ........... i'm sure i saw one earlier ;O)

Seems a few are on a bit of a ban.... I do know some have been asking why they have a ban? but to date none of them have been given a reply yet.
On that note i would be interested to hear from other members what they think on the way paid members seem to get baned for seemingly no reason at all. I'll not add to this thread again but it does interest me how owners of different websites take members moneys and just ban them if they feel like it.
