	Puss....stop panicking......fortunately for him, your step dad is a bloke... so it will be much more easily sorted than if he had been a woman... it is very rare in a bloke, which is why it wasn't suspected earlier, I imagine... it is what I had my biopsy for last August, thankfully mine was clear and my problem was aside effect of the other treatment I had. So.... prognosis is pretty good with treatment... the sooner they get it started, the better... he will be panicking, as we all do about our menfolk, because of where it is... but try not to let worry overwhelm you.... I will keep you all in my thoughts.... treatment won't be too nice, no cancer treatment is, but there is a very high full recovery rate.... so hopefully your stepdad will be in that group... chances are he will be xxxxxxx I'll google some sites for you to look at... be warned that there isn't a great deal of info out there, as it is one of the poor cousin cancers that is rarely heard about. 	he has had it for 3 yrs they have been treating him with antibiotics someone decided to do a biopsy last week !! its started as lichen sclerosis he is going to a hospital in birmingham or near thanks xxxx

	call my stepdad has a very virerlent cancer there hoping it hasnt spread but he had been complaining for 12 months before they did a biopsy please send him positive thoughts and prayers thankyou xx.
