Hi Sharron,
Just over Caerphilly mountain is Thornhill farm shop-they sell locally produced food. http://www.thornhillfarm.co.uk/

If your planning to visit Caerphilly in July they have a 3 day festival called "The Big Cheese". Info about it can be found here -http://www.caerphilly.gov.uk/bigcheese/english/index.htm

There are food stalls that sell local produce, and it is really a good day out.
