	I just had a look on Google. Castle Dairies are near Caerphilly, but on an industrial estate, - not sure if they make what you're after,or whether more of a 'commercial' out-put. Interesting other cheeses to be had in Wales though, apparently. http://www.ilovecheese.co.uk/WelshCheeses.html Gwyn

	A Farmer's Market in that area might be worth checking. I don't know about that area, but the one in Winchester has suppliers from quite a wide area of that county, so perhaps it's the same in that area. Gwyn

	I haven't eaten Caerphilly cheese for well over twenty years but we can't stay away overnight so we have these days out where wetry to buy some local food.We bought some jam in Essex last week. Any more suggestions gratefully received.

	Anybody live near Caerphilly,yes I know somebody must but does anybody on here? We like that cheap shop there and also love the valleys so we will go down there for the day again. I would like to buy some locally produced Caerphilly cheese,preferably not in a supermarket.Does anyboady know where I can do that please?
