Any tips? About an inch of water left in the bottom of the dishwasher, I assume the drain is blocked, any dips for freeing it?

Hot wash with soda crystals, is about al I can think of, other than taking arms off and making sure they aren't blocked... oh, and making sure outlet hose isn't kinked.....

Soda crystals worked for mine a while back.. I thought I was going to have to get a new one!!

I was going to say the same Daff. Also checking the filter isn't stuffed with old bits of food.I don't know if that might cause a drainage problem.
Good luck Ann.

I googled dishwasher won't drain completely or words to that effect and found lots of sites, the above seems to have the answer but you have to read all the replies.

Hi

I had the same thing a few weeks ago.....I thought my OH had just opened the dishwasher before it had completely finished......although he denied it lol.

I put it on again to just do a rinse only and it was fine after that.....so who knows, maybe my OH was the guilty one! LOL

Seems OK now, went and got some soda crystals, you may remember I couldn't find them in T****s but got some in the local c**p. But MEN. We had to go to the hairdressers so, as T was finished first he went on home (I knew it was a mistake with the dishwasher sitting there full of water), his instructions, do nothing until I get home. Soooo I get home, he has pulled the washing machine out to get to the dishwasher pipes to see if he can flush them through from that end..... He couldn't. I came in did the bit with soda crystals, dish washer pumps out fine. It has take us over half an hour of hard work to get the washing machine back, which I have just gently pointed out he need not have moved if he had listened!!!!

Off with his head, lolol!! Aw bless him Ann.... at least he had a go!

They never make it easy for themselves,do they? lololol!

Mind you.... I did mine myself... it never occurred to either of the men of the household that they maybe could have a look, lolol!! And I fixed the leaking drum seal on the washing machine... I'll probably sort the wobbly loo seat out as well *rolls eyes to heaven*... they'll do it if I ask them.... do such and such for me, would you please? But heck.... it isn't just for me, there are three of us here., lolol
