Poor little cat, what a long way down it was, it doesn't say if it was hurt.

From our local paper;

Cat rescued from Norfolk well
KATE SCOTTER

Last updated: 17/03/2010 05:51:00

Firefighters were called to rescue a cat from a well yesterday.

The Norfolk fire brigade was contacted by the RSPCA to say the cat was trapped in a 25m deep dry well in Sunnyside, Bergh Apton, near Poringland, at about 8.10am.

A search and rescue team were sent and rescued the cat using ropes.
