Very glad you enjoyed your Anniversary weekend, congratulations on 28 years together.

I hope your o.h. complained about his dinner, I did when we went out for o.h.'s birthday in Feb and got a free icecream dessert lol

I hope you have many more happy times together. You are over halfway to your Golden Wedding anniversary lol

I don't know about that, but it was funny, thank-you Ann for your kind wishes.

By the way, he ordered a shepherd's pie, the so-called "special" : there was hardly any potato and must have been too runny because it had disappeared into the meat and sauce!

Today we went to Batemans National Trust House where Rudyard Kipling lived and we had a great day.

.. .it was my 28th wedding anniversary.

OH and I went for a meal to a local restaurant. Everything was great until his main meal arrived when, in a rather loud voice, he declared, "This wouldn't pass the Masterchef Challenge!"

He was right but I laughed for ages. xx
