	I was in luv. I eventually persuaded the object of my affections to come and "meet the folks" Mum turned out in her best pale blue crimpoline, dad wore his tie, and they even brought grandma along. Object-of-my-desire turned up on his motorbike, complete with tattoos (gawp, gawp, what's that?) Mum visibly paled. Obviously not the vicar's son and he doesn't look like he's got a degree. Dad quickly removed his tie. Obviously not the son-in-law of your dreams then? Anyway, a cheese souffle had been made and had to be eaten.... Not sure who was most uncomfortable! Sue x
