Does anyone have the above for the Wii please

I just wondered do you need to set your work out every time you do it as im having too.....but am burning over 500 cals each time though :o)))

I would be interested to know what Your Shape workout is. I have a Wii Fit with the 'Step' exercise routine. Have you got a different disc with the workout on

Researching:
Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

Hi Wendy

You don't do it with the wii fit.........Your shape is the one where it has that thing like a web cam & it takes a scan of your body

But when i first set it up i had to key in what bits i want working on.....but im also finding that i have to do that all then time.

Thanks Julie I just had a look at the you tube demo, not sure that I think it merits the cost as I am not sure how long I would keep doing it for. I walk 6 out of 7 days so will have to give the Wii Your Shape a bit of thought before I invest.
