	I can't say with any certainty as it was about 10 years ago now and that whole time was a bit of a blur. But I had a little google and came up with this for you. http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Governmentcitizensandrights/Death/WhatToDoAfterADeath/DG_10029642 Hope it helps xx
