I have been having troble all week an sent them a msg they replied they are having a problem with the .au site and reccomend going through the .uk site. Which seems to be working

Hi I had this problen earlier I could only reply on threads using the add button but it seems to be ok at the moment

i cant search trees.open my own tree or go to my homepage. to access my account. Tried by logging out then couldn't get in again ,had to go through google and find an open portal i must have used before Cant get through my favourites or through the icon on my desktop.
The site has serious problems i think.
