On a general boards search for Grosvenor Davies -- Keith has multiple posts about this question. He does not seem to have read or replied to any of the replies given.

You wont find birth refs as he was born pre registration that started 1st July 1837 ie Sept qtr.
Try the IGI on family search for possible parish records of his baptism

I'm seeing one born c1836 on census records. That's before civil registration so you won't find any references.

my relation is peter grosvenor davies born c 1830. can anyone find me his ref for his birth cert. parents edward and jane married 1820 in holywell. he had a sister elizabeth grosvenor davies born c 1827 any references wuold be greatful.
