You wont find birth refs as he was born pre registration that started 1st July 1837 ie Sept qtr. |

I'm seeing one born c1836 on census records. That's before civil registration so you won't find any references. |

my relation is peter grosvenor davies born c 1830. can anyone find me his ref for his birth cert. parents edward and jane married 1820 in holywell. he had a sister elizabeth grosvenor davies born c 1827 any references wuold be greatful. |
