I like mine split in two, scored then sprinkled with salt and a large knob of Lurpak butter. Have to scoop out the middle and mix with butter for the girls and I also add cheese for hubby's, but you can't beat butter and salt.

i have butter on me jacket spuds to lol, mind are unhealthy as t is without added fats haha altho i dnt have cheese i like them just buter and salt xxx

my convi microwave does a spud in abt 10 mins, browns it, crisps it just like it'd been in the oven,,,2 spuds a tad longer 3 etc etc...(max 4).

EB's right tho, a nice knob of butter and cheese, awesome.....

or scoop the potatoe out of the skins, stir in a couple of egg yokes, stick it back in, back to the oven for 15 mins....loverly...............

STARED AT THE JACKET POTATOES.... BORING
SO HALF SLICED DOWNWARDS PLACE IN SMALL OVEN DISH
OIL ON TOP BAKE TILL CRISPY
