I know push up bras do wonders,It's what I look like in the altogether that bothers me!

Another lady joked on a recent thread;

"When I got out of bed this morning,I got a terrible pain in my chest.

I thought that I was having a heart attack until I realised that I was standing on my left boob"

Pushup bras work wonders on saggy boobs!

Apart from when I was feeding my babies I always had little boobs. Now I've hit menopause they're no longer small, and for the first time in my life,I have cleavage, helped in some small way with a pushup bra-wonderful invention! It's fun being 60!

makes you wonder what ever happened to those 'that were old before their time' did they stop getting older so they could let age catch up?

I always joke that when I get old I want to be like 'nutty nora' ( a lovely old dear who was as dolally as they come oh and she used to stand on the Zebra crossing near us push the button, then when the traffic stopped flash her knickers and walk away) OH replies what you mean you want to get like her you already are ....Geeee thanks

LOL Joy - creaking joints - I have a knee like that, and when i wear my 'farting' boots, i create a pretty mean tune too!
Mind you, I'm torn between blaming my boot noises on my knees, or my knee noises on my boots!!

Is this where older people give the impressin they're 'not quite there' I wonder. When i wear my noisy boots, i walk along giggling (I'm embarrassed), or singing to the creaks!

Thinking on what Joy said, does anyone else walk along the street wondering if that 'old lady' is older than her, the same age - or even younger?
I get on really well with a colleague at work - I'm old enough to be her mother - she's younger than my younger daughter - but age doesn't seem to come into it!

Ah Nina, now is when I really appreciate having no boobs - there's not enough to fill an 'A' cup, let alone sag. The last things to expand when i put on weight - the first things to shrink when I lose it!! LOL

I'm fortunate, I have no varicose veins - I have a spare tyre, but loose/smock tops cover that!

I enjoyed my 30th, relished my 40th, and am thankful for making it to my 50th. Those milestones have never depressed me, it's just a number.

Hi ladies,I'm 61, and when feeling depressed I think about all the women in my tree who didn't make it past their early thirties.

It usually puts everything in context.

Dosn't stop me hating the saggy boobs though!!

I think having children and grandchildren have always brought out the child in me and they continue to do so. I don't do handstands usually, but I do when my 2 yr old granddaughter is with me and she falls about laughing at Nana (silly old fool and, boy, they half kill me - SOBER too!!!) Spent the afternoon doing jigsaw puzzles with her, silly faces, silly noises, lots of laughter - beats housework and ironing any day!

My eldest now greets me by 'rearranging' my hair!! I swear she'll get a hanky out, spit on it and wipe my face soon!!!

I'm only 53!! Gawd help me when I turn 70!!

Growing older is a necessity, growing up is an option......
