If a person was adopted and died, is it OK to include her in a family tree? She was adopted by her great-aunt as a teenager and died in her forties. She has two living sisters in their sixties whom I don't know and won't include on the tree as they are living.
The adopted person who died had several children and these are the ppl I'm looking for. I'm reasonably sure via gossip that the two sisters do know that their sister was adopted away by their great-aunt. Am I legally entitled to add dead adopted person to a tree even if it might upset her sisters if they see it ?

I don't see that it is anybodies business who you put on your tree. It is your private property until you decide someone else can see it.
The trees here are private until you allow someone to look at it. Likewise at ancestry, you can keep it private.
