lol CarolB this is quite a knock on effect

How many people still paint eggs or do egg hunts, for children ofcourse.

I used to hide creme eggs in the garden for my children to find, and we used to paint hard-boiled eggs too.

As a young one living in a small village we used to paint eggs and have competions about them but there was always a village egg hunt for the children also.

we didn't hide creme eggs but those small candy type eggs that you used to be able to buy by weight. (I say we as in hiding but I was the child hunting) there was also the hard boiled painted eggs to find on private egg hunts.
