Jean how dare you put yourself down like that, walking isn't the answer, you have a face that installs confidence .how many people would love that. You can't walk that much ...have you ever tried to confess all to some one who walks about all the time ..don't install confidence.

If people have come to you it's because of you they trust you

For many getting through one day is triumph.

But yes, Rambing Rose, I do want to do more. All sorts of things....maybe study more.

Jean, you sound like my grandmother, mother and me. In the family we have the expression 'Kind face like a cow', in fact on one occasion when I was a teenager and a man asked mum how much material to buy for his wife we girls said to her, after he had gone, 'Moooo'.

I have to say that I like to help people and my OH has always been the same. I expect we could have done more.

I always managed to be of help because as I am told, apparently I have a kind face, so people talk to me, But I still feel there is more I should do. I knw I am being a bit stupid as I am not in good health or able to walk far, but the feeling that I want to help will not go away.

Do I think I have done all I can ,,,yes in some ways no in others

As a young runaway I talked many into going home or going into to some form of Iearning. I was for awhile a Samaritan and sat on the phones at midnight and 4o'clock.

I have taken young people into my home (when I have had one lol) and tried not always succesful to put them back on a path. I remembered the good shown me and tried to give it back to another set.
Do I feel I have done enough ..in some ways yes. I have repaid 10 times the good I recieved on the streets. in other ways NO because I didn't save as many as I should. ....

feel that you have not 'done enough' with your time here? ( on the planet not on GR lol)
