Would SKS please look up, in the 1911 census, the name of Norman Jackson, born 1909 ? in Northumberland. Father was Richard Jackson b.1893 in Lemington Northumberland - mother unknown. |

At least James you will be able to access the 1911 census eventually. We in Australia do not have that luxury at all. We did not start to keep our census until this century. We do have a few early convict census but nothing after that. We have to rely on whatever else we can glean from a very private system. I am thankful that my OH's family are from England as his family have been a dream to trace, thanks to UK records, including the Scots. |

Probably not for a while yet. Bright Solid have to recoup their costs first, which is why Findmypast have included it in their packages after a year. (BS own FMP) |
