If you have both joined the same "group", FR will prompt you with the names of others from that group. They don't necessarily know that you are related.

ON FRIENDS REUNITED I HAVE HAD MY SON IN LAW
RECOMENDED BY THEM,
HOW DO THEY KNOW WE ARE RELATED THE ONLY PLACE IS ON MY TREE ON HERE AND HE HASNT USED FRIENDS FOR YEARS
