Ban bank holidays.

It’s the same every Easter bank holiday. Ramblers and pack rats. First ones parked their car across a gate. Found them on the hill and told them to get back and shift it or I’d do it for them with the tractor. Then a bit later I see all the sheep in a huddle and a dog running round them. The owners thought because it was open access land it was quite acceptable to have lambs all over the place separated from their mothers. They even got all shirty when I pointed out the law on shooting dogs that were off the lead near to stock. The dog went onto the lead, however. Very quickly. |
