Hi Everyone, Happy Easter to you all!

Can anyone recommend an online supplier of ink cartridges that doesn't break the bank. Thanks in advance.

Cartridgeking. They are registered in the Channel Isle, so no VAT.

Hello Folks, I would like to thank you all very much for the recommendations. Have just installed a new Lexmark all in one printer and the cartridges cannot be refilled, and they are very expensive to buy from Lexmark. Sorry for the delay in responding, having pc probs which have just been getting help from Norton remote assistance for.

Our local inkshop refilled a Lexmark 31 for me for £10.50 with no questions, but I haven't had to put it in yet.

Don't believe the printer when it says "Ink low", though. They will keep going for ages after the notice comes up.

Alternatively but a new printer when the ink runs out: it is often cheaper than buying a set of makers's brand cartridges !

Another tip with LaserJet toners is, when the printing starts to fade, normally on the left side as that's the one that gets used most, take the toner out and shake it gently from side to side to redistribute the powder, it'll probably do another couple of hundred pages before actually needing changing.

Thanks Brian, I read somewhere that Lexmark have done something to the microchip to stop the cartridges being refilled, is this just a fib to stop us getting them refilled elsewhere? When I opened the printer and installed it, there was some gumpf about accepting the terms and conditions or taking the printer back to the supplier if you don't agree to recycling the cartridges.

Try stinky ink. They deliver quickly and are cheaper than the shops for original inks
