i little dispute i need settling
i had a convo the other day with someone ,and he said saucy mare .i said whats saucy about it dont you mean sarky .....
he says saucy means sarcastic..i say it means saucy as in postcards does that make sense.kinda naughty.so whose right him or me ...lol.and yes im bored .

welllll....

"saucy" to me means a bit risque but not filthy

but giving someone "sauce" used to mean being cheeky and answering back.....

In my youth..lol "less of your sauce" would mean stop being cheeky! I guess it depends where you live.

To me saucy means a bit cheeky or rude but not offensive. Giving sauce means giving cheek.
