LOL carol -I too suffer from 'white coat syndrome' when I have my BP taken by the doctor!!
I bought myself a monitor, and take it at home - it's much lower, so, when I have to see him, my poor doctor is confronted with a spreadsheet of BP's taken over the past week!!

It would be hard to say if thats high for you or not,,weight, ages lifestyle etc,,,,,

just maybe a bit of hypertension from stress or other, see doc as been advised....

It's a little bit high, but not dangerously so.... mine often spikes to that, and I have been on medication for years, lol.... don't worry too much, but do see your GP as soon as you can, as they will possibly need to do about three readings to make sure it wasn't just a one off, before prescribing any meds.

Other things like colds etc can cause a raise in BP, and headaches, too. Take some paracetamol, or ibuprufen if you are not allergic to either of them, for your headache, and just relax a bit.
