It's blooming irritating Ann, I made sure that they hadn't attempted to set up any payees from the account by DD in in an attempt to order a contract phone etc, again I know we are covered but it's so inconvenient.

What a pain Sue. apparently if they get hold of your card number they usually try and top up a phone card with a small amount, the banks watch out for these payments especially thank goodness, because the next amount would be a big one.

This is to O2 and we sure don't have any prepay/new phones with O2. I bought a 'phone for life' from them more than 15 years ago so the monthly bill is less than a quid (50p of that is for the detailed bill..lol). Himself uses that so not too many calls!

O2 have no idea why they called for the money!!!! The bank are now referring it back. We are covered by the banking code but it's a pain relying on actual cash!!!

FGS......a suspicious payment has gone out and we now have no damn cards. I had to transfer some money to a friend, he rushed down to his bank and withdrew it. We can only use cash until new cards arrive.

What a pain in the bum.
