Do you remember my son who had a heart attack at 26??

He hit the scales at 16 stone 3lb .Doctors warned him bad heart and overweight, you are killing yourself. He joined Slimming world about three months ago. He is 1 lb. from losing 3 stone. there is hope for us yet!! Well done my Son xx

I hope he can continue with the obviously healthier eating and be much better for it, he has a lot of living to do at that age!
