The only problem I have had is the syncranisation (sp) between the envelope and my e mail box. I have been getting the warning e mail first most of the time with no envelope but sometimes the envelope has been there and no e mail. But there has always been a message in my box.

Sigh.

I don't use desktop shortcuts, and I never sign out, but I signed out, closed the page, opened a new one ... and there was the white envelope ...

Just have to see whether management gets enough complaints to do something about it, I guess.

Maybe signing out before next time I reboot might help. My machine is on all the time, and the problem is that when I reboot I usually just have Firefox restore all my windows and tabs -- but I could easily close the GR ones and start again. We'll see!

it goes, then all of a sudden i get a new message and its there n stays for ages haha xxx

This is what AuntySherlock has been complaining about -- no white envelope when there are messages, *and* a white envelope when there are no new messages.

I know she's emailed the management to enquire, but don't know whether she's had any response. (hahahaha)
