copy & paste documents from my saved documents to

could someone please let me know how to copy & paste a saved document form my saved documents to the community boards thread
im not clever with too much technical though

If it is a word document Hilight the text by holding down the mouse and dragging from top to bottom, then either go into edit at the top and click on copy or right click your mouse and click on copy or, if you have vista click on copy.

In the opened reply panel on genes place your cursor, either click on edit and paste or right click your mouse and click paste

Hi David
Sometimes I can't use that method - depends on site.
What has worked for me is to copy:
highlight text then press ctrl &c
to paste:
press ctrl & v.
