Thanks for that warning I often use Amazon.

I think it was you Ann who told us about clicking the box for free delivery. I have saved pounds since using it.

I have thought myself that it would be easy to tick the yes box by mistake, it is right by the bit where you check out your order.

A rare occurrence but I checked my bank statement yesterday. There was a payment of £49.00 last week to Amazon Prime which I didn't recognise. I checked my orders on Amazon thinking I'd ordered something and forgotten about it but no.
Phoned the bank who told me to ring Amazon.
They had signed me up to Amazon Prime which seems to be some kind of fast / free delivery. I haven't ordered anythig from them since February yet this payment went out in April. It may be that I've ticked a box without realising but they have agreed that I don't need it and are refunding me the full amount..
Just a warning to be aware if you buy things via Amazon - watch your bank statements
