I got married in 1966 at the tender age of 17 years. We split up in 1969 and eventually divorced in 1974. I have been with my OH for 34 years but we have never married.

23 years married the fist time and 17 years this time in July.
My mother was married three times! first 12 years, second 53 years and the last one I think was about 6 years but my grandparents married at the tender ages of 18 and remained married for 69 years!! They adored each other/
My elest sister has been married for 52 years and the younger one has been maried for 40 years so looks as if I am the odd one out in our family!

48 years in December.

I was a very young child bride. Promised at birth by a wicked witch.

I could have murdered him twice and been out on parole by now.

Why is the marriage licence the only licence which does not expire.
