They say round here 'Ne'er cast a clout till May is out'.

Nobody seems to know for sure if it's the month or the blossom, but it makes sense lol

Well.........dont put away your woolies just yet, according to the Daily Mail today we are in for Gale force winds, sleet and snow with temps at -7 in parts of the Uk this weekend.

Evening everyone.

My eldest has been crazing me for her pool to be brought out since Friday !!! Keep trying to explain it's nowhere near warm enough yet..but I guess after the winter we've just had she's just desperate to have her summer...much the same as all of us I think xx

Fri/Sat..wasn't good for me sob,sob...someone went into the back of my car, while it was parked outside my house & i might add i was a kip in bed

it was always windy where I was, no shelter, so it had to be the hottest part of summer before I even considered being out in swimming cossies. BUT, I was always mithering to go play outside anyway, hated being cooped up indoors...except when it was raining of course.
