FRI they have taken his ventflon? out today so looking really hopefull that they have all the cancer its been a horrible week and its just hitting me know so many highs and lows, so please god let this be over xxxx

Thanks ladies lol mary yes remember it was his first op last was the dentisit he ran from when he saw the needle, he is kinda attatched so no running quite yet xx

Glad op went well . hope your mom feels better soon - had a laugh about your step dad doing a runner - I remember years ago a thread about that.

Thanks jane the waiting game is horrible ive never seen my poor mum go thro so many emotions she is a pesimest anyway and she things she is going to be made a widow again so trying to keep her up beat xx

Pleased to hear it all went well.I think the Xray and blood tests may be standard practice.I wish him well in his recovery now.

Thanks uzzi and stray , i went in the pre op place with him cause he would have done a runner if mum was only there it really upset me to see him petrified he was grey in the face, the recover staff loved him as he was coming round he was talking about his caravan and hols he talks loud too lol xx

went well it was longer than planned but he looked really well, me and mum stayed in a hotel as we were so far from home but visiting was only 1 hour morning and afternoon, me and mum home now, what im a bit stuck on he has had to have a chest exray and blood tests i thought this would have been done before op can anyone tell me please xxxxx
