Oh Teresa, we saw that the other day, why can't they see danger these young girls. They would be soo upset if the child ran or fell into the road.

I saw a young mum walking along with her toddler about three yards behind her. This was along a busy main road. Mum was on her mobile phone, totally oblivious of her toddler, who had a ball in his hand. I could have screamed at her, except I was on the bus at the time.

I saw a mum yesterday with her younger male partner at an outlet village with a young daughter about 5 in tow who was sworn at constantly and told 'just waiting till you get f*****g home girl'. The girl to be fair wanted a cuddle from Mum who kept pushing her away. Admittedly I didn't know if the girl had done something wrong but by the look of her I expect not. Why do people have children if they can't be bothered with them.

I got annoyed with a woman on the train coming back from the meet...couple with three children and their grandma, dad was looking at laptop mum was handing out food, kids were very quiet, mostly on gameboys...little one said something about being nearly home and such and such a place was nearby...and the grandma called him a very rude name and made out he was thick very aggressively ... he was about 4? she was probably 60 ish I could have slapped her.

My point about the sausage roll stray was that they were jumbo size and greasy, you could see the fat on the wrapping, and these were 2 and 3 year olds.

i always buy the littun a sausage roll and ginger bread man in town, if we dont have time to stop for lunch, i think everything is ok long as its in moderation,

i hate to see parents who swear at there children, im guilty of swearing infront of littman somtimes, but i would neevr swear at him i think its awful :(

Going back to when I had a pram/pushchair (that is going back to the 60s) when there was not nearly so much traffic about, that is what I used to do Mary.

Things like that annoy me too. I am forever amazed at women with prams and pushchairs how they just push pram out in road when sometimes it is impossible to see that the roads are clear. When pushing my mom in a wheelchair I always walk out and look first before attempting to push the wheelchair across.

Day before yesterday in town, about 10.30am, mother with toddlers in double buggie (about 2 and 3 years old) gives each of them a huge sausage roll to eat. What price obesity?

Yesterday, standing at the bus stop with OH and we both looked in amazement as a mother (or rather a female adult I presumed it was mother they looked alike) gave her roughly 12 year old son a cigarette.

Today waiting to cross the road at a lights controlled crossing a male adult (40/s ish) crossed on the red man when there were young children waiting with their parents to cross.

OK maybe it wouldn't annoy other people but it did me.
