how wrong could i be last time i had a sedative in hospital for my MRI and my Gastroscopy I didnt remember much so thought that I would be ok today with one as had camera up and down how wrong was I.

I can remember all of it all the gagging and all the pushing and prodding and pain. and for my efforts I have two bruises where they put the needle in because the first one was a bit iffy but they thought was in till I was in pain when they put sedative in so had to have another one put in in other arm.

Oh well that will teach me for thinking it would be ok again never mind all done now just the sore throat to get over now oh and all the air inside me to get rid of

bless you dawnie, i havent had gastroscopy, but colonoscopy a few times. Well could I get rid of the gas from that, not for a long time very uncomfortable. My OH said he hoped he wasnt stood behind me when I went off, cheek of it lol. MRI scans ..I get claustophobic and cant be sedated . hope you ok and get over it quickly . s

maybe thats why hubby not come up to bed hes afraid he will get blown out the bed lol.
